Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility Requirements
Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (aligned with U.S. consumer protection standards) and meet product-specific criteria:
Eligible Items
- Unused, Unopened Products: Foam Rollers, Fitness Watches, or Smart Scales in their original packaging, with all accessories (charging cables for watches/scales, instruction manuals, Foam Roller carrying bags) intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Products with manufacturing flaws (e.g., Foam Roller tearing, Fitness Watch screen cracks, Smart Scale inaccurate weight readings) or shipping damage (e.g., dented Scale body, bent Foam Roller core).
- Incorrect Items: Receiving a product that doesn’t match your order (e.g., a soft Foam Roller instead of a firm one, a Fitness Watch without heart rate monitoring, a Smart Scale that doesn’t sync to phones).
- Non-Functional Fitness Devices: Fitness Watches/Smart Scales that fail to work as advertised (e.g., “Watch doesn’t track steps,” “Scale doesn’t display body fat percentage”)—even if used, we accept these for return.
Non-Eligible Items
- Used Foam Rollers: Due to hygiene concerns, Foam Rollers cannot be returned if opened, used, or cleaned (even if sanitized).
- Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged from improper use (e.g., Fitness Watch submerged in water if not waterproof, Smart Scale dropped, Foam Roller used on sharp surfaces).
- Missing Accessories: Items missing parts (e.g., no charging cable for a Fitness Watch, no user manual for a Smart Scale)—a 15% restocking fee applies to cover replacement accessories.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance products (e.g., “open-box Smart Scales,” “discontinued Foam Rollers”) marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

We approve/deny requests within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Do not return items without an RA number—unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Your full name, order number, and delivery address.
- Product details (e.g., “Firm Foam Roller (Black, 18-inch),” “Fitness Watch X10 (Silver),” “Smart Scale Pro (White)”).
- Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “defective Scale readings,” “wrong Foam Roller density,” “Watch won’t sync to my phone”).
- Supporting evidence:
- For defective/damaged items: Clear photos/videos of the issue (e.g., cracked Foam Roller, Fitness Watch error message, Scale scratch) and original packaging (if shipping damage occurred).
- For incorrect items: Photos comparing the received product to your order confirmation (e.g., Foam Roller density label, Watch model number).
- Prepare the Item:
- Repack in the original box with all accessories. For Fitness Watches/Smart Scales, reset the device to factory settings (to erase your fitness data—see Privacy Policy for data protection).
- Attach the RA number label (provided via email) to the box—cover old shipping labels to avoid delivery delays.
- Arrange Return Shipping:

Items must arrive at our address within 14 days of RA approval—delays may affect eligibility.
- Foam Rollers/Small Items:
- Defective/incorrect items: We send a pre-paid USPS label—drop off at your nearest post office within 7 days.
- Change of mind: You pay return shipping ($6.99)—use a tracked service and share the tracking number with us via email.
- Fitness Watches/Smart Scales:
- Defective/incorrect items: We arrange free UPS pickup—schedule within 7 days (couriers offer 2-hour windows for convenience).
- Change of mind: A $12.99 pickup fee applies (covers device handling)—deducted from your refund.
Refund & Exchange Timelines
- Refunds: Processed 5–7 business days after we inspect the item. Refunds include:
- Faulty/incorrect items: Full product price + original shipping fee (no deductions).

12.99) and a 10% restocking fee (to cover repackaging and sanitization for Fitness Watches/Smart Scales).
Refunds are issued to your original payment method—banks may take 1–3 extra days to credit funds.
- Exchanges:
- Same-product replacement (e.g., new Smart Scale for a defective one): Shipped within 3–5 business days of inspection—free shipping.
- Different product exchange (e.g., swap soft Foam Roller for firm): Processed once the return is verified. Pay the price difference (if the new item is more expensive) or receive a partial refund (if cheaper). New items ship within 3–5 business days.
